Lake Point Restoration

  • Port Mayaca, FL (Martin County)
  • Attracted $25,000,000 in additional investment from out of state; $56,000,000 in total for capital investment
  • Public-Private Partnership with South Florida Water Management District & Martin County Commission
  • HUB Zone, Targeted Employment Area, Recovery Zone, Brownfield
  • Noted by environmental and governmental agencies as a high profile Everglades restoration project

Glazer Children's Museum

  • Tampa, FL
  • Attracted $10,500,000 in additional investment from out of state; $20,500,000 in total for capital investment
  • Used Florida's New Markets Development Program
  • Free admission program to approximately 20,000 low-income, at-risk children annually
  • Partnership with City of Tampa
  • Significantly lowered outstanding debt to provide long-term success of operations

Berlin Biopower

  • Berlin, NH
  • $65,000,000 tax credit transaction; $270,000,000 in total for capital investment
  • Created $2,250,000 small/medium enterprise loan fund
  • Partnership with State of New Hampshire
  • Qualified as "non-metro" tax credit project
  • Job creation projected at 350 FTE

College Town

  • Tallahassee, FL
  • Attracted $17,000,000 in additional investment from out of state; $28,800,000 in total for capital investment
  • Partnership with City of Tallahassee, Tallahassee CRA, Florida State University
